Research Interests

I am an I-O Psychology PhD student at Texas A&M University. My research interests center around issues related to workplace diversity and inclusion, the experiences of Black women in the workplace, the effects of stigmatization and stereotyping, and authenticity/identity. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with my BA in Biology and Villanova University in 2018 with my MS in Human Resource Development. I’ve also gained valuable HR experience within multiple industries including medical devices manufacturing, engineering/design consulting, mining, and retail.
