Chair: Dr. Sonia Hernandez

Research Interests

Tiffany was raised in North Richland Hills, Texas. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas Tech University. Tiffany’s dissertation examines the impact Texas Chicanas made to local & state government and its larger implications to electoral party politics. Her research interests include Chicana/o-Latina/o history, women & gender, American political history, borderlands, and feminist theories.
