The faculty in the department are accomplished researchers and scholars and regularly publish books and monographs with top academic presses and articles in leading scientific journals. The faculty includes past presidents of national and regional professional associations, recent editors of leading journals in the discipline, and recipients of prestigious awards in the discipline.
